Born in Kobe, Japan in 1981. After graduating from high school, he studied environmental management and international business in the United States.
After graduating from university, he joined Perry Johnson, an ISO certified company, where he was involved in the environmental management systems, ISO 14000. After returning to Japan, he joined a trading company that was specialized in natural fiber business, and was engaged in creating business with foreign countries. After establishing OCM GROUP in 2016, Hayashi has been utilizing his experience and network, and mainly handles natural fibers and speciality pulp.
